Improve patient flow, scheduling, order conversion, and overall operational performance.
Identify barriers to growth and work with the owners to remove them.

Create systems, processes, and accountability routines that help the team perform consistently.
Develop people, support team communication, and reinforce a culture of ownership and service.
Track performance, measure outcomes, and use data to guide decisions.
Recommend areas of operations that the business should initiate or develop, discontinue, continue, or expand upon.
